Returns / Exchanges Policy

Return Process

You have the right to return your entire order or part of it within 15 days from the date you received it. The essential conditions are:

A. You must inform us immediately in writing at the email: info@dbogioka.com. B. The product must be in its original packaging and in the same excellent condition as when you received it, along with the retail receipt and including the product’s special markings (tags).

For shipments within Greece, returns are made via ELTA courier, with the customer being charged an amount of 3.5 euros.

If the above 15-day period expires without action, product returns or exchanges are accepted only in the case of defective products in accordance with Greek law, based on the provisions applicable to sales contracts.

In the case of a refund, this process is completed within 8 days from the date of receipt of the products.

Exchange Process

It is possible to exchange and replace a product with another identical product in a different size or color, or with a different product. In this case, you can inform us within 15 calendar days of receipt by email at info@dbogioka.com or by phone at 2105450232, and let us know the code of the product you wish to replace and the code of the product you wish to receive.

For shipments within Greece, the return and shipment of the new product will incur a charge of 3.5 euros to the customer via ELTA courier.
